REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing SNAP-SQUAD for your event needs. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policies.
1. Booking Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of certain amount (varies by the service) to secure your event date. This deposit holds your date and ensures availability of our services and equipment.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
2. Final Payments
The remaining balance is due 7 before the event date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of your deposit.
3. Client Cancellations
If you cancel your booking:

More than 7 days before the event: Only the deposit is retained; any other amount paid will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before the event: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply. Any remaining balance paid may be refunded at our discretion.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info.snapsquad@gmail.com.
4. Rescheduling
We allow (by email or call) one-time rescheduling of your event at no charge, subject to availability. If your new date is unavailable, the original booking will be considered a cancellation. Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before the event date.
5. Service Issues or Technical Problems
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide services due to technical failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances on our part:

You will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid and does not include reimbursement for any other costs incurred by the client.
6. Partial Service Interruptions
If the service is partially disrupted during your event (e.g. power outage, weather, or guest misuse of equipment), a partial refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
7. No-Show or Venue Access Issues
If we are unable to perform services due to:

Lack of access to the venue

Incomplete setup area

No contact with the client
...and we are on-site and ready to deliver, no refund will be issued.
8. Digital Products (Photos, Galleries)
Digital photos and galleries are non-refundable once delivered. If there is a technical issue with your gallery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it or offer redelivery.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info.snapsquad@gmail.com with your full name, event date, and reason for the request. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
