Welcome to SNAP-SQUAD. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the rental of our photo booth services. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We offer photo booth rental & event services for private and public events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of certain amount (varies by the service) is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept payment via credit card, e-transfer, PayPal, etc.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. All deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled less than 7 days before the event, we reserve the right to retain 20% of the total booking amount. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
You must provide (for rentals i.e. booth) a clean, flat indoor/outdoor space with standard power (120V outlet) and shelter (if outdoors). You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests. We reserve the right to stop service if unsafe behavior occurs.
5. Use of Event Photos
By using our service, you grant us permission to use event photos for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless you request otherwise in writing. We respect privacy and will not share private events without consent.
6. Setup, Access & Timing
You must ensure timely venue access for setup (typically 1 hour before rental start time). If setup is delayed due to access issues, your rental time may be shortened without refund. Additional time may incur extra charges.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or lost items during your event. In case of technical failure or unforeseen issues (e.g. power outage, vehicle breakdown), our liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made.
8. Website Use
All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the intellectual property of SNAP-SQUAD and may not be used without written permission.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be handled under local legal jurisdiction.
